Real time monitoring

Presenters can move the podium to any spot in the hall with multiple AV floor boxes tying into a single switcher for reduced cabling back to the central video system.
Recording the events for later viewing
Sound can vary at different locations in the space, requiring adjustments to the sound mix, and lighting, video switching, and other settings may need to be adjusted while the AV tech is in other parts of the room.
